1. Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring the implementation of the company's projects within the store.
2. Lead and manage a commercial team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and foster client loyalty.
3. Recruit, train, and motivate the sales team, instilling a passion for sales.
4. Define, monitor, and evaluate the objectives of Sales Managers.
5. Drive sales growth of Sephora products and services.
6. Optimize store performance through analysis of commercial and HR indicators, and develop corrective and innovative action plans.
7. Ensure compliance with processes related to visual identity, merchandising, offers, services, and stock management.
