1. Forecast sales and payroll in collaboration with the District Manager to drive store results.
2. Monitor and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly sales results to staff.
3. Manage and measure the effectiveness of business strategies, adjusting plans as necessary.
4. Achieve sales plans and operating profits while maintaining expenses.
5. Develop strategies to grow the business, leveraging customer loyalty programs, events, product knowledge, and services.
6. Maintain optimum staffing levels to deliver exceptional client experiences while adhering to budgetary goals.
7. Recruit, interview, and hire for all positions according to business needs.
8. Train, coach, delegate to, supervise, and motivate Assistant Managers and Supervisors to develop their leadership and business skills.
9. Ensure a coaching culture that includes timely acknowledgment of successes and feedback on opportunities.
10. Conduct inventories on a timely basis and maintain updated inventory records.
11. Communicate inventory issues and concerns to the District Manager and key stakeholders.
12. Make strategic and innovative merchandising decisions in accordance with Sephora’s concepts to grow the business.

1. 5 years of management experience in the retail or service industry.
2. Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, and hiring across all store positions, including leadership.
3. High School diploma or equivalent; a College degree is preferred.
4. Open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1. Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
2. Ability to maintain composure and demonstrate managerial courage.
3. Proficiency in analyzing sales trends and reacting appropriately.
4. Proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel.

5 years of management experience in the retail or service industry, with a focus on recruiting and staffing.

High School diploma or equivalent; a College degree is preferred.

The compensation ranges between CAD$82,200.00 - CAD$102,700.00, with potential performance-based bonuses.
