1. Forecast sales and payroll with the District Manager to drive store results.
2. Monitor and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly sales results to staff.
3. Manage and measure the effectiveness of business strategies, adjusting plans as needed.
4. Achieve store sales plans and operating profits while maintaining expenses.
5. Develop strategies to grow business, leveraging customer loyalty programs and events.
6. Maintain optimum store staffing levels to deliver exceptional client experiences.
7. Recruit, interview, and hire for all store positions according to business needs.
8. Train, coach, and supervise Assistant Managers and Supervisors to develop leadership skills.
9. Ensure a coaching culture with timely acknowledgment of successes and feedback on opportunities.
10. Conduct inventories and maintain updated inventory records.
11. Communicate inventory issues to the District Manager and key stakeholders.
12. Make strategic merchandising decisions in alignment with Sephora’s concepts.

1. 5 years of management experience in the retail/service industry.
2. Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, and hiring across all store positions.
3. High School diploma or equivalent; College degree preferred.

1. Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
2. Ability to maintain composure and managerial courage under pressure.
3. Proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel.
4. Ability to analyze sales trends and react appropriately.

5 years of management experience in the retail/service industry, with a focus on recruiting and staffing.

High School diploma or equivalent; College degree preferred.

The compensation ranges between CAD$82,200.00 - CAD$102,700.00, with potential performance-based bonuses.
