1. Lead and manage store operations to ensure exceptional customer service and achievement of sales targets.
2. Oversee and motivate a team, fostering a culture of empowerment and professional growth.
3. Analyze and manage KPIs to drive store performance and profitability.

5. Participate in strategic retail projects with expansion potential.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in cosmetics.
2. Proven track record in team leadership and sales performance management.
3. Proficiency in English and/or other languages is advantageous.
