1. Lead and manage the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
2. Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
3. Analyze sales data and KPIs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
4. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
5. Recruit, train, and develop store staff, fostering a culture of empowerment and continuous learning.
6. Ensure the store's visual merchandising aligns with brand standards and enhances the customer experience.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics sector.
2. Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales performance.
3. Strong understanding of retail KPIs and sales metrics.
4. Proficiency in English and/or other languages is highly valued.
