1. Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring the implementation of the company's strategic initiatives within the store.
2. Lead and manage a commercial team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and foster client loyalty.
3. Recruit, train, and motivate the sales team, instilling a passion for sales and customer service.
4. Define, monitor, and evaluate sales managers' objectives.
5. Drive sales growth of Sephora products and services.
6. Optimize store performance through analysis of commercial, HR, and financial indicators, and develop corrective and innovative action plans.
7. Ensure compliance with visual identity, merchandising standards, stock management, and service protocols.
