1. Lead and develop store teams to achieve sales targets and profitability.
2. Recruit, train, and mentor staff, ensuring individual and collective growth.
3. Evaluate team performance and identify potential for advancement.
4. Implement action plans based on commercial and economic indicators.
5. Ensure adherence to company standards in merchandising, customer journey, and promotional activities.
6. Manage the store's profit and loss account, including budget construction and variance analysis.
7. Facilitate weekly briefings and debriefings with teams and management.
8. Represent Sephora in external engagements and maintain internal procedures.

1. Proven experience in retail management, with a focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
2. Strong leadership and team development skills.
3. Fluency in Dutch is mandatory; proficiency in English is preferred.

A minimum of 10 years in retail management, preferably within the beauty or luxury sector.
