1. Assist in managing daily store operations and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
2. Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and managing KPIs.
3. Lead and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional service.
4. Participate in the expansion and retail projects.
5. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

1. Minimum of 1 year experience in team management.
2. Experience in retail or cosmetics industry.
3. Proficiency in managing sales indicators and results-oriented mindset.

1. Strong leadership and motivational skills.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
3. Proficiency in English and/or other languages is advantageous.

At least 1 year of experience in managing teams within the retail or cosmetics sector.
