1. Deliver exceptional customer service by providing expert consultations, sharing product knowledge, and offering makeup services.
2. Adhere to hygiene standards and regulations.
3. Implement gift-wrapping and product trial initiatives in-store.
4. Maintain high standards of grooming and uniform to welcome customers.
5. Utilize link, up, and cross-selling techniques to exceed customer expectations and meet sales targets.
6. Understand and achieve daily and monthly sales targets and retail KPIs.
7. Complete Sephora University’s basic training and examinations.
8. Participate in brand and area training to enhance product knowledge.
9. Support team members by sharing best practices and participating in in-store training.
10. Manage merchandising presentations and ensure timely replenishment in designated zones.
11. Maintain cleanliness of gondolas and drawers, and protect company assets.
12. Attend training to become a certified cashier and handle transactions in accordance with company policies.
13. Support stock management by assisting with product receiving, transfers, and inventory, ensuring accurate record-keeping and a tidy stock room.
