1. Assist in managing store operations and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
2. Lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer service.
3. Monitor and analyze sales KPIs to drive business performance.
4. Support the implementation of retail projects and expansion plans.
5. Foster a dynamic and enjoyable work environment.

1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in team management.
2. Proven track record in retail or cosmetics industry.
3. Strong understanding of sales KPIs and result-oriented approach.

1. Leadership and team management skills.
2. Analytical skills for KPI management.
3. Proficiency in English and/or other languages is an advantage.
4. Ability to inspire and motivate others.

At least 1 year of experience in managing teams within the retail or cosmetics sector.
