1. Assist in leading and managing the store and its team, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
2. Monitor and control key performance indicators (KPIs) to develop and implement action plans that enhance store results.
3. Foster a collaborative and passionate team environment focused on exceptional customer service.
4. Participate in the strategic planning and execution of retail operations to support company expansion.
5. Ensure the store maintains a high standard of presentation and customer experience.

1. Minimum of 1 year experience in team management.
2. Experience in retail, preferably in cosmetics.
3. Proficiency in managing sales indicators and KPIs.

1. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Analytical skills for KPI management.
4. Proficiency in English and/or other languages is advantageous.

At least 1 year of experience in team management within the retail sector, preferably in cosmetics.
