1. Assist in managing store operations and ensure the achievement of sales targets.
2. Lead and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional customer service.
3. Monitor and analyze sales performance and KPIs to drive business results.
4. Support the implementation of marketing and promotional activities.
5. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in team management.
2. Proven track record in retail or cosmetics industry.
3. Strong understanding of sales KPIs and result-oriented mindset.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
3. Proficiency in English and other languages is advantageous.
4. Ability to inspire and motivate a team.

At least 1 year of experience in managing teams within the retail or cosmetics sector.
