1. Assist in managing store operations and ensuring exceptional customer service.
2. Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and KPIs.
3. Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver outstanding performance.
4. Ensure the implementation of visual merchandising standards.
5. Participate in the recruitment and training of new staff members.
6. Oversee inventory management and stock replenishment.

1. Minimum of 1 year experience in team management.
2. Proven track record in retail or cosmetics industry.
3. Strong understanding of sales KPIs and result-oriented mindset.

1. Leadership and motivational skills.
2. Proficiency in English and/or other languages is advantageous.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to manage and analyze sales data.

At least 1 year of experience managing teams in a retail or cosmetics environment.
