1. Assist in managing store operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.
2. Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and KPIs.
3. Lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional service and meet performance goals.
4. Participate in the expansion and growth initiatives of the retail project.
5. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

1. Minimum of 1 year experience in team management.
2. Proven track record in retail or cosmetics industry.
3. High proficiency in English and/or other languages is advantageous.

1. Strong leadership and motivational skills.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
3. Proficiency in sales analysis and KPI management.

At least 1 year of experience in managing teams within the retail or cosmetics sector.
