1. Assist in leading the store and team with a strong focus on customer service and beauty expertise.
2. Manage and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to develop action plans that directly impact results.
3. Foster a dynamic and inclusive store environment that celebrates diversity and inspires customers.
4. Support the implementation of retail expansion projects.

1. Minimum of 1 year experience in team management.
2. Experience in retail, preferably in cosmetics.
3. Proficiency in managing sales indicators and KPIs.
4. Valuable proficiency in English and/or other languages.

2. Excellent analytical skills for KPI management.
3. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Customer service orientation with a passion for beauty.

At least 1 year of experience in team management within the retail sector, with a preference for cosmetics experience.
