Sephora Store Administrative Supervisor

1. Oversee day-to-day administrative and stock operations of the store, ensuring processes run efficiently and accurately.
2. Implement and enforce Sephora’s operational standards, policies and brand culture to protect profitability and compliance.
3. Coordinate merchandise receipt and stock control activities, maintaining inventory accuracy and timely processing of deliveries.
4. Provide clear verbal communication with clients and colleagues; support the sales floor and operate the cash register when required.
5. Perform routine reporting and basic data analysis to support decision-making and operational improvements.
6. Maintain store organisation, enforce dress code and ensure a safe, customer-focused environment.
7. Demonstrate flexibility in schedule and carry out physically demanding tasks as required.

1. Secondary education (high school diploma) required; university studies preferred.
2. Previous experience in administrative, inventory or retail stock functions is desirable.
3. Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and comfortable with merchandise receiving systems.
4. Strong organisational skills, proactivity and ethical work habits aligned with Sephora’s values.
5. Clear verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Entry-level role; candidates at the beginning of their careers are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in administrative or inventory functions within retail is preferred but not mandatory.
