1. Oversee store processes and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with Sephora's standards and policies.
2. Ensure maximum profitability and adherence to company objectives.
3. Communicate effectively with clients and staff, providing clear verbal instructions.
4. Operate cash register as needed and manage inventory systems.
5. Maintain organization and proactivity in administrative tasks.

1. High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
2. Proficiency in a foreign language is desirable.

1. Critical analysis and logical reasoning.
2. Experience in administrative roles or stock management.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Knowledge of merchandise receiving systems.
5. Strong organizational and proactive skills.

Minimum of 3 years in a related administrative or stock management role.

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
