Sephora Stockroom Associate

- Receive, inspect and process incoming merchandise, ensuring accuracy and adherence to receiving procedures.
- Manage inter-store transfers and coordinate returns to distribution center according to company policy.
- Execute and maintain accurate inventory cycles, including regular stock counts and reconciliation of discrepancies.
- Maintain stockroom organization and signage using FEFO (first-expire, first-out) principles and ensure product availability prior to storage.
- Process damaged and expired goods in compliance with Sephora’s policies and escalate stock anomalies to supervisors.
- Maintain backstage areas (stockroom, lockers, staff facilities) in a clean, secure and safe condition consistent with store standards.
- Support store maintenance requests and safely store maintenance materials and supplies.
- Comply with all Sephora and LVMH policies, including security, confidentiality and the code of ethics and conduct.
- Participate in operations meetings and contribute to audit-readiness by implementing best practices for stock control.
- Complete required training modules (My Sephora Learning) and pursue additional training as needed.
- Minimum three years’ relevant experience in stockroom, inventory control or administrative operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven ability to follow receiving procedures and to manage inventory with attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills, proactivity and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Clear verbal communication skills and physical ability to perform stockroom duties.
- Flexibility in scheduling and adherence to store dress code and workplace standards.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in stockroom, inventory control or related administrative/retail operations.
High school diploma or equivalent.
