Sephora Stockroom Associate

1. Receive, inspect and process incoming merchandise, ensuring accuracy and adherence to receiving procedures.
2. Manage inter-store transfers and coordinate returns to distribution center according to company policy.
3. Execute and maintain accurate inventory cycles, including regular stock counts and reconciliation of discrepancies.
4. Maintain stockroom organization and signage using FEFO (first-expire, first-out) principles and ensure product availability prior to storage.
5. Process damaged and expired goods in compliance with Sephora’s policies and escalate stock anomalies to supervisors.
6. Maintain backstage areas (stockroom, lockers, staff facilities) in a clean, secure and safe condition consistent with store standards.
7. Support store maintenance requests and safely store maintenance materials and supplies.
8. Comply with all Sephora and LVMH policies, including security, confidentiality and the code of ethics and conduct.
9. Participate in operations meetings and contribute to audit-readiness by implementing best practices for stock control.
10. Complete required training modules (My Sephora Learning) and pursue additional training as needed.

1. Minimum three years’ relevant experience in stockroom, inventory control or administrative operations.
2. High school diploma or equivalent.
3. Proven ability to follow receiving procedures and to manage inventory with attention to detail.
4. Strong organisational skills, proactivity and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
5. Clear verbal communication skills and physical ability to perform stockroom duties.
6. Flexibility in scheduling and adherence to store dress code and workplace standards.
