1. Supervise, train, and mentor Beauty Advisors Operations and store staff on stock organization, safety procedures, and inventory management.
2. Conduct regular performance evaluations and develop personalized growth plans for team members.
3. Oversee accurate inventory control and optimize product organization for efficiency.
4. Receive, inspect, and process incoming deliveries, ensuring quality standards are met.
5. Manage stock replenishment to ensure product availability on the sales floor.

7. Collaborate with the store team to ensure product availability and meet customer demand.
8. Maintain an organized stockroom layout and uphold health and safety standards.
