1. Supervise, train, and coach Beauty Advisors on stock organization, safety processes, and inventory management.
2. Set clear goals through performance check-ins and personalized development plans.
3. Create a collaborative and positive team culture that champions teamwork and innovation.
4. Support leadership with Employee Relations processes, including attendance and performance management.
5. Oversee accurate stock control, monitoring inventory levels and replenishment.
6. Receive, inspect, and process deliveries to ensure accuracy and quality.
7. Lead loss-prevention processes through regular stock audits and proactive issue resolution.
8. Optimize stockroom layout and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
9. Partner with store teams to meet customer demand through fast, accurate replenishment.
10. Use analytics to inform future planning and optimize business outcomes.
11. Maintain organized, safe, and compliant stockroom and store environments.
12. Assist customers with product queries, offering recommendations to enhance service experience.
13. Support new store opening activities, including unboxing and organizing stock.

2. Strong coaching ability and experience developing individuals and teams.
3. Confidence using stock management systems and technology.
4. Analytical skills to assess performance and drive improvements.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Experience managing Employee Relations matters such as attendance and performance.
7. Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
8. Understanding of loss prevention, safety protocols, and inventory accuracy.
9. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak trading periods.
