Sephora Stock Manager

- Supervise, train, and coach Beauty Advisors on stock organization, safety processes, and inventory management.
- Set clear goals through performance check-ins and personalized development plans.
- Create a collaborative and positive team culture that champions teamwork and innovation.
- Support leadership with Employee Relations processes, including attendance and performance management.
- Oversee accurate stock control, monitoring inventory levels and replenishment.
- Receive, inspect, and process deliveries to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Lead loss-prevention processes through regular stock audits and proactive issue resolution.
- Optimize stockroom layout and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Partner with store teams to meet customer demand through fast, accurate replenishment.
- Use analytics to inform future planning and optimize business outcomes.
- Maintain organized, safe, and compliant stockroom and store environments.
- Assist customers with product queries, offering recommendations to enhance service experience.
- Support new store opening activities, including unboxing and organizing stock.
- Proven retail leadership experience with deep stock management knowledge.
- Strong coaching ability and experience developing individuals and teams.
- Confidence using stock management systems and technology.
- Analytical skills to assess performance and drive improvements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing Employee Relations matters such as attendance and performance.
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Understanding of loss prevention, safety protocols, and inventory accuracy.
