1. Supervise, train, and coach Beauty Advisors Operations and store staff on stock organisation, safety procedures, and inventory management.
2. Conduct regular performance evaluations and set clear performance goals.
3. Oversee accurate inventory control and ensure stock levels are maintained.
4. Receive, inspect, and process incoming deliveries.
5. Manage stock replenishment to ensure product availability on the sales floor.
6. Monitor loss prevention protocols and conduct regular stock audits.
7. Optimise stockroom procedures and assess operational processes for improvements.
8. Collaborate with the store team to ensure product availability and meet customer demand.
9. Maintain an organised stockroom layout and uphold health and safety standards.
10. Assist customers with product inquiries and offer expert advice.

1. Proven experience in a leadership or management role within the retail industry.
2. In-depth knowledge of stock management and operational efficiency.
3. Experience with stock management software and proficient computer skills.
4. Strong capability to develop and guide a team.
5. Knowledge and experience in handling employee relations issues.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role within the retail industry.
