Sephora Stock Controller

1. Ensure the accurate receipt of merchandise.
2. Facilitate the transfer of products between stores.
3. Oversee the return process of goods to the distribution center.
4. Conduct inventory audits and maintain stock organization using the FEFO method.
5. Maintain store upkeep and handle damaged or expired products according to company policy.
6. Ensure a safe and clean work environment and uphold confidentiality of information.
7. Participate in operations meetings for alignment and ensure cleanliness and organization standards are met.
8. Adhere to Sephora's policies and procedures and maintain backstage organization including stockrooms and staff areas.
9. Communicate stock issues to supervisors or store managers and ensure store security standards are upheld.
10. Follow LVMH's code of ethics and conduct.

1. Previous experience as a stock controller is preferred.
2. Experience in administrative roles is desirable.

1. Logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Knowledge of merchandise receiving systems is advantageous.
4. Strong organizational skills and proactive approach.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

High school diploma or equivalent.
