7. Handle damaged and expired products according to company policy.
8. Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
9. Uphold confidentiality of information.
10. Participate in operations team meetings as required.
11. Ensure cleanliness and organization standards are maintained by the team.
12. Adhere to Sephora's policies and procedures.
13. Maintain security and organization standards in the stockroom and other areas.
14. Contribute to best practices for successful audit outcomes.
15. Report stock issues to the supervisor or store manager.
16. Ensure store security standards are upheld.
17. Follow LVMH's code of ethics and conduct.
18. Ensure timely receipt and transfer of goods.
19. Address discrepancies in merchandise receipt.
20. Update products and tools as per company standards.
21. Ensure the store is stocked before storing items in the stockroom.
22. Adjust stock as necessary for shipping.
23. Maintain updated stock organization and signage.
24. Report service needs and oversee maintenance.
25. Store maintenance materials properly.
26. Complete all My Sephora Learning training.
27. Seek additional training as needed.

1. Previous experience as a stock clerk is preferred.
2. Experience in administrative roles is desirable.

1. Logical reasoning.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Knowledge of merchandise receipt systems is preferred.
4. Organization and proactivity.

Beginner-level experience is required, with a preference for previous stock clerk roles.

High school diploma or equivalent.
