Sephora Stock Associate

1. Ensure the receipt of merchandise and manage the transfer of products between stores.
2. Oversee the return process of goods to the distribution center.
3. Conduct inventory counts and maintain stock organization according to the FEFO method.
4. Ensure store maintenance and handle damaged or expired products as per company policy.
5. Maintain a safe and clean work environment and uphold confidentiality of information.
6. Participate in Operations team meetings for operational alignment when required.
7. Ensure cleanliness and organization standards are maintained by the entire team.
8. Execute and adhere to all Sephora policies and procedures.
9. Maintain safety standards and organization of the backstage areas including stockroom, lockers, kitchen, and bathroom.
10. Communicate stock issues to the store supervisor or manager.
11. Follow the LVMH group code of ethics and conduct.
12. Manage stock receipt and transfers within deadlines and follow procedures for discrepancies.
13. Ensure the store is fully stocked before storing products in the stockroom.
14. Update stock organization and signage as needed.
15. Complete all My Sephora Learning trainings and seek additional training when necessary.

1. Previous experience as a stock associate is desirable.
2. Experience in administrative roles is advantageous.

1. Logical reasoning and strong organizational skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Knowledge of merchandise receiving systems is desirable.
4. Proactive and able to communicate clearly with staff.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

High school diploma or equivalent.
