Sephora Stock Associate

- Ensure the accurate receipt of merchandise.
- Facilitate product transfers between stores.
- Manage the return process of merchandise to the distribution center.
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain FEFO stock organization.
- Ensure store maintenance and manage damaged and expired products according to company policy.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Safeguard confidentiality of information.
- Participate in operations team meetings for alignment.
- Ensure cleanliness and organizational standards are upheld by the team.
- Adhere to all Sephora policies and procedures.
- Maintain backstage organization including stockrooms, lockers, kitchen, and restrooms.
- Contribute to audit success by implementing best practices.
- Report stock issues to the supervisor or store manager.
- Ensure store security standards are maintained.
- Follow LVMH's code of ethics and conduct.
- Ensure timely receipt and transfer of goods.
- Address discrepancies in merchandise receipt as per procedures.
- Update product and equipment records as per company standards.
- Ensure store is fully stocked before storing products.
- Adjust stock as needed for shipping.
- Maintain updated stock organization and signage.
- Report service needs and oversee maintenance.
- Store maintenance materials appropriately.
- Complete all My Sephora Learning trainings and seek additional training as needed.
- Previous experience as a stock associate is preferred.
- Experience in administrative roles is desirable.
- Logical reasoning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of merchandise receipt systems is preferred.
- Organizational skills and proactivity.
Minimum 3 years
High school diploma or equivalent.
