Sephora Stock Associate

1. Ensure the accurate receipt of merchandise.
2. Facilitate product transfers between stores.
3. Manage the return process of merchandise to the distribution center.
4. Conduct inventory counts and maintain FEFO stock organization.
5. Ensure store maintenance and manage damaged and expired products according to company policy.
6. Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
7. Safeguard confidentiality of information.
8. Participate in operations team meetings for alignment.
9. Ensure cleanliness and organizational standards are upheld by the team.
10. Adhere to all Sephora policies and procedures.
11. Maintain backstage organization including stockrooms, lockers, kitchen, and restrooms.
12. Contribute to audit success by implementing best practices.
13. Report stock issues to the supervisor or store manager.
14. Ensure store security standards are maintained.
15. Follow LVMH's code of ethics and conduct.
16. Ensure timely receipt and transfer of goods.
17. Address discrepancies in merchandise receipt as per procedures.
18. Update product and equipment records as per company standards.
19. Ensure store is fully stocked before storing products.
20. Adjust stock as needed for shipping.
21. Maintain updated stock organization and signage.
22. Report service needs and oversee maintenance.
23. Store maintenance materials appropriately.
24. Complete all My Sephora Learning trainings and seek additional training as needed.

1. Previous experience as a stock associate is preferred.
2. Experience in administrative roles is desirable.

1. Logical reasoning.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Knowledge of merchandise receipt systems is preferred.
4. Organizational skills and proactivity.

Minimum 3 years

High school diploma or equivalent.
