1. Educate customers on application techniques, routines, and product benefits to enhance their experience.
2. Stay informed about beauty trends, new product launches, and Sephora's full product assortment.
3. Provide expert product guidance across makeup, skincare, and fragrance.
4. Drive sales by connecting with customers, upselling, and promoting Sephora services and loyalty programs.
5. Process transactions accurately and maintain a tidy, organized cash area.
6. Receive, check, and organize deliveries, supporting stock counts and inventory accuracy.
7. Replenish stock promptly, ensuring visually appealing product displays.
8. Support visual merchandising updates and promotional displays.
9. Collaborate with fellow Beauty Advisors, sharing best practices and participating in team training.
10. Assist with new store opening activities, such as unboxing and organizing stock.

1. Experience in retail, customer service, or store operations (cash & stock).
2. Strong passion for makeup, skincare, and fragrance.
3. Warm interpersonal skills and ability to build meaningful client connections.
4. Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
5. Ability to lift/carry boxes and perform physical tasks.
6. Proven track record of delivering exceptional service and personalized recommendations.
7. Target-driven mindset with a desire to exceed expectations.
8. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
9. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Beginner level experience in retail, customer service, or store operations is required.
