1. Oversee all aspects of the client experience and services in the store, including classes and events.
2. Manage daily operations at the Beauty, Skin, and Fragrance Studio, ensuring team members are adequately trained.
3. Leverage technology innovations to enhance the in-store client experience.
4. Administer the online reservation system for services, ensuring efficient client check-in and staffing levels.
5. Conduct training for beauty advisors, facilitating orientation and selling model sessions.
6. Support visual merchandising efforts, maintaining sales floor standards and executing merchandising flips.
7. Engage with brand representatives to ensure effective product training and feedback.

1. Two to four years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Proven ability to attract and develop talented store leaders.

Two to four years in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

The compensation ranges between CAD$54,800.00 - CAD$68,500.00, with potential performance-based bonuses.
