1. Oversee all aspects of client experience and services in the designated store location.
2. Manage daily operations at the Beauty, Skin, and Fragrance Studio.
3. Ensure beauty advisors are trained and utilizing technology innovations to enhance client experiences.
4. Manage the online reservation system for services, ensuring efficient client check-in and staffing levels.
5. Conduct training for new hires and existing team members, including orientation and selling model sessions.
6. Support visual merchandising efforts, maintaining sales floor standards and executing merchandising flips.
7. Facilitate vendor management, ensuring effective brand representative engagement and training.

1. Two to four years of experience in a similar role within a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Proven ability to attract and develop talented store leaders.
4. Strong organizational and leadership skills.

The compensation ranges between CAD$54,800.00 and CAD$68,500.00, with potential performance-based bonuses.
