- Oversee all sales floor departments including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare.
- Ensure all team members execute Sephora’s selling model and provide exceptional client service.
- Respond promptly to client feedback and partner with management to address client-related issues.
- Support training in Client Interactive Technology to enhance client engagement.
- Assist in managing in-store events to align with store goals and client needs.
- Coach and provide feedback for performance improvement within the assigned area.
- Participate in regular check-ins with direct reports to assess performance and development.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of store sales performance and identify business opportunities.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
- Proven ability to create and develop effective teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
- Talent identification and team development.
- Sales performance analysis and business opportunity identification.
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
Compensation ranges between CAD$20.80 - CAD$24.45 per hour, with potential performance-based bonuses.
