1. Oversee all sales floor departments including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare.
2. Ensure team members execute Sephora’s selling model and provide outstanding client service.
3. Support timely responses to client feedback and address client-related issues.
4. Facilitate training in Client Interactive Technology for all sales staff.
5. Support and manage in-store events to achieve store goals and meet client needs.
6. Coach and provide feedback on performance management within the assigned area.
7. Participate in regular check-ins with direct reports to discuss performance and development.
8. Demonstrate an understanding of the store’s sales performance and identify business opportunities.

1. 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Proven ability to attract and develop talented store leaders.
4. Strong understanding of sales performance metrics.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within a high-volume retail environment.

Compensation ranges between CAD$20.80 - CAD$24.45/hr, with eligibility for performance-based bonuses.
