1. Oversee all sales floor departments including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare.
2. Ensure all team members execute Sephora’s selling model and provide exceptional client service.
3. Respond promptly to client feedback and partner with management to address client-related issues.
4. Support training in Client Interactive Technology and manage in-store events to meet store goals.
5. Coach team members on performance, providing timely feedback and conducting regular check-ins.
6. Demonstrate an understanding of the store’s sales performance and identify business opportunities.

1. One to three years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Proven ability to create and develop high-performing teams.

Minimum of three years in a similar role within a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

Compensation ranges between CAD$22.85 - CAD$28.55 per hour, with potential performance-based bonuses.
