1. Oversee all sales floor departments, including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare.
2. Ensure team members execute Sephora’s selling model and provide exceptional client service.
3. Respond to client feedback and partner with management to address client-related issues.
4. Support training in Client Interactive Technology for all sales staff.
5. Assist in managing in-store events to meet store goals and client needs.
6. Coach and provide feedback to improve team performance and development.
7. Demonstrate understanding of store sales performance and identify business opportunities.

1. One to three years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Proven ability to attract, train, and develop store leaders.

One to three years in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience is required.

The compensation ranges between CAD$22.40 - CAD$26.35 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
