Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee end-to-end Supply Chain operations in Saudi Arabia, ensuring seamless omni-channel service across stores and e-commerce platforms.
- Manage local supply planning, store replenishment, logistics operations, and 3PL relationship management.
- Drive daily operations, including new product and brand launches, while building future-ready supply chain systems and processes.
- Optimize inventory levels and product availability through strategic replenishment and fulfillment strategies.
- Enhance last-mile solutions to improve efficiency and customer convenience.
- Supervise local warehouse operations and collaborate with 3PL partners to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate with the retail team to adjust demand forecasts and manage over-stock and discontinued items.
- Define and monitor key performance metrics and KPIs to address operational performance proactively.
- Collaborate with Dubai Head Office on Sales & Operations Planning Process (S&OP) to support KPI analysis and action plans.
- Lead and develop a team of seven professionals across logistics and planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7+ years of experience in managing Supply Chain operations
- Middle East and KSA experience preferred
- Experience in Retail, Cosmetics, Pharma, or FMCG preferred
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain operations.
Education
Bachelor’s degree required.
