Sephora Stage Experience Lead

1. Oversee all sales floor departments including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare.
2. Ensure team members execute Sephora’s selling model and deliver outstanding client service.
3. Support timely responses to client feedback and resolve client-related issues.
4. Facilitate training in Client Interactive Technology for all sales staff.
5. Assist in managing in-store events to align with store goals and client needs.
6. Coach and provide feedback for performance improvement within the assigned area.
7. Participate in regular check-ins with direct reports to assess performance and development.
8. Demonstrate a strong understanding of store sales performance and identify business opportunities.

1. One to three years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
2. Proven ability to create and develop teams by attracting and identifying talented store leaders.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence business partners.

Minimum of three years in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.

Compensation ranges between CAD$22.20 - CAD$26.10 per hour, with potential performance-based bonuses.
