Sephora Stage Experience Lead

- Oversee all sales floor departments including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare.
- Ensure team members execute Sephora’s selling model and deliver outstanding client service.
- Support timely responses to client feedback and resolve client-related issues.
- Facilitate training in Client Interactive Technology for all sales staff.
- Assist in managing in-store events to align with store goals and client needs.
- Coach and provide feedback for performance improvement within the assigned area.
- Participate in regular check-ins with direct reports to assess performance and development.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of store sales performance and identify business opportunities.
- One to three years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
- Proven ability to create and develop teams by attracting and identifying talented store leaders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence business partners.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in client service and sales techniques.
- Ability to manage and resolve client feedback efficiently.
- Competence in training and development initiatives.
Minimum of three years in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
Compensation ranges between CAD$22.20 - CAD$26.10 per hour, with potential performance-based bonuses.
