1. Oversee all sales floor departments, including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare.
2. Ensure team members execute Sephora’s selling model and provide outstanding client service.
3. Respond to client feedback and address client-related issues in a timely manner.
4. Support training in Client Interactive Technology for all sales staff.
5. Assist in managing in-store events to achieve store goals and meet client needs.
6. Coach and provide feedback for performance improvement within the assigned area.
7. Participate in regular check-ins with direct reports to assess performance.
8. Demonstrate understanding of the store’s sales performance and identify business opportunities.

1. One to three years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Proven ability to attract and develop talented store leaders.
4. Strong understanding of sales performance and business opportunities.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

Compensation ranges between CAD$22.85 - CAD$28.55 per hour, with potential performance-based bonuses.
