1. Oversee all sales floor departments, including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare.
2. Ensure team members execute Sephora’s selling model and provide exemplary client service.
3. Support timely responses to client feedback and manage client-related issues.
4. Facilitate training in Client Interactive Technology for all sales staff.
5. Assist in the management of in-store events to meet store goals and client needs.
6. Coach team members on performance management and provide timely feedback.
7. Demonstrate understanding of sales performance and identify business opportunities.

1. 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
2. Proven ability to create and develop high-performing teams.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

1. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
2. Proficiency in training and developing staff to drive sales.
3. Strong understanding of client service excellence.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

Compensation ranges between CAD$21.10 - CAD$26.40 per hour, with eligibility for performance-based bonuses.
