Sephora Stage Experience Lead

1. Oversee all sales floor departments including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare.
2. Ensure team members execute Sephora’s selling model and deliver exceptional client service.
3. Respond to client feedback and address client-related issues in collaboration with management.
4. Support training in Client Interactive Technology to enhance the client experience.
5. Assist in managing in-store events to align with store goals and client needs.
6. Coach and provide feedback to team members for performance improvement.
7. Participate in regular check-ins with direct reports to assess performance and development.
8. Demonstrate understanding of store sales performance and identify business opportunities.

1. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Proven ability to attract and develop talented store leaders.
4. Strong understanding of sales performance metrics.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

Compensation ranges between CAD$22.20 - CAD$26.10 per hour, with potential performance-based bonuses.
