1. Oversee all sales floor departments including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare.
2. Ensure team members execute Sephora’s selling model and deliver exceptional client service.
3. Respond promptly to client feedback and collaborate with management to address client-related issues.
4. Support training in Client Interactive Technology for all sales staff.
5. Assist in the management of in-store events to meet store and client objectives.
6. Coach and provide feedback for performance management within the assigned store area.
7. Participate in regular check-ins with direct reports to assess performance and development.
8. Demonstrate a strong understanding of store sales performance and identify business opportunities.

1. 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role at a high-volume store or equivalent internal experience.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Proven ability to attract and develop talented store leaders.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.

Compensation ranges between CAD$20.00 - CAD$23.55 per hour, with potential performance-based bonuses.
