Sephora Stage Experience and Services Manager

- Oversee the sales experience and manage all services, classes, and events in the store.
- Develop and lead the Color, Skin, Fragrance, Cash wrap teams, Services Coordinators, Senior Artists, Senior Skincare Advisors, and Personal Beauty Advisors.
- Execute training programs for new hires and existing staff, including Welcome to Sephora and Sephora 101 sessions.
- Address and resolve client feedback and issues promptly using Sephora’s client feedback tools.
- Act as Director in Charge within the store to engage with staff and clients.
- Communicate hiring needs and participate in the hiring process for team roles.
- Align store cast with store goals, opportunities, and trends.
- Demonstrate Sephora's values, including Passion for Client Service, Innovation, and Teamwork.
- Two to four years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
- Exceptional leadership and influential skills.
