1. Manage all aspects of the sales experience and services, classes, and events in the store.
2. Develop and lead the Color, Skin, Fragrance, Cash wrap teams, Services Coordinators, Senior Artists, Senior Skincare Advisors, and Personal Beauty Advisors to achieve and exceed company objectives.
3. Execute training for new hires and existing staff, including facilitating Sephora training sessions.
4. Ensure timely response to client feedback and manage client-related issues.
5. Communicate team hiring needs and participate in the hiring process.
6. Understand store goals, opportunities, and trends to align the team accordingly.
7. Demonstrate Sephora values, including Passion for Client Service, Innovation, and Teamwork.

1. Two to four years of experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.

The compensation ranges between CAD$54,800.00 - CAD$68,500.00, with potential performance-based bonuses.
