Sephora Stage Experience and Services Manager

- Manage all aspects of the sales experience and services, classes, and events in the store.
- Develop and lead the Color, Skin, Fragrance, Cash wrap teams, Services Coordinators, Senior Artists, Senior Skincare Advisors, and Personal Beauty Advisors to achieve and exceed company objectives.
- Execute training for new hires and existing staff, including facilitating Sephora training sessions.
- Ensure timely response to client feedback and manage client-related issues.
- Communicate team hiring needs and participate in the hiring process.
- Understand store goals, opportunities, and trends to align the team accordingly.
- Demonstrate Sephora values, including Passion for Client Service, Innovation, and Teamwork.
- Two to four years of experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
- Exceptional leadership and influential skills.
