Sephora Stage Experience and Services Lead

- Oversee all on-stage Worlds including Color, Skincare, Sephora Collection, and Fragrance.
- Ensure service, classes, and event execution meet Sephora standards.
- Train and develop Services Coordinators to manage the Studio and drive services.
- Execute cast training and partner with experts for product and brand training.
- Facilitate Sephora training sessions and maintain a coaching culture.
- Conduct custom makeovers, mini-makeovers, and skincare services.
- Act as Director in Charge (DIC) and engage with cast and clients.
- Demonstrate Sephora values of client service, innovation, and teamwork.
- One to three years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
- Strong client service skills.
- Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
- Flexible availability during peak retail hours.
- Artistry skills in makeup and skincare.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in executing training and development programs.
Minimum of three years in a similar role or equivalent internal experience within a similar volume store.
