3. Engage in active community management, including listening and monitoring fan communities.
4. Propose special actions with brands or influencers.
5. Manage tools to optimize social media strategy execution and tracking.
6. Coordinate with creative agencies, including briefing, proposal follow-ups, and creative execution.
7. Manage monthly reports and coordinate with central teams.
8. Support influencer strategy and events in coordination with the Communications and Public Relations department.
