1. Support and enhance Sephora's social media strategy across various platforms.
2. Develop and manage the content calendar for social media.
3. Engage in community management by actively listening and monitoring the fan community.
4. Propose and execute special collaborations with brands and influencers.
5. Manage tools for tracking and optimizing social media strategies.
6. Coordinate with creative agencies for briefing and execution of creative assets.
7. Compile and manage monthly reports, liaising with central teams.
8. Assist in influencer and events strategy in collaboration with the Communication and Public Relations department.

1. Native Portuguese speaker with high proficiency in English and Spanish.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within retail, beauty, or fashion sectors.

3. Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
4. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize.
5. Trend scouting and knowledge of the beauty industry.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, ideally within retail, beauty, or fashion brands.
