- Create engaging content for Sephora and Sephora Collection's social media platforms.
- Contribute to the management of an editorial calendar focused on product launches and key brand pillars.
- Oversee content production processes including briefing, product ordering/shipping, and approvals.
- Collaborate closely with the influence and image teams.
- Utilize tools for editing, scheduling, and reporting.
- Engage with online communities through community management, including responding to comments and interactions.
- Identify emerging beauty trends on social media and propose responsive content.
- Enhance content creativity through research and team brainstorming sessions.
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program (M1 or M2) in business or communication school.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Passion for social media and the cosmetics industry.
- Awareness of new trends.
- Comfortable in front of the camera.
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
- Proficiency in video/photo editing tools.
Beginner level experience in social media or related fields.
Enrolled in a Master's program in business or communication.
