- Contribute to the management of the editorial calendar, including scheduling and moderating posts across all social media platforms.
- Monitor KPIs related to organic content such as views, engagement, and reach, and analyze campaign performance.
- Identify trends and propose content ideas to enhance the social media plan.
- Collaborate with the Social Media team in content creation.
- Assist in briefing partner brands and agencies for co-advertising campaigns.
- Ensure operational follow-up of campaigns, including casting validation, preview approvals, and online publication.
- Research and recruit content creators aligned with the brand's universe.
- Support the management and tracking of paid influence campaigns, including performance analysis and reporting.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify best practices in social media and paid influence campaigns.
- Support the effective use of internal influence and reporting tools in collaboration with the agency.
- Participate in identifying new partnerships and strategic opportunities within the influence ecosystem.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Passion for the beauty industry.
- Knowledge of the social media and influence ecosystem.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with various internal and external stakeholders.
- Analytical skills with a synthetic mindset and solution-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and interest in digital tools.
- Curiosity, autonomy, and a proactive attitude.
- Familiarity with editing tools such as CapCut and Inshot.
