1. Inspire and assist customers in discovering skincare products and routines.
2. Educate clients on skincare treatments and preventive measures.
3. Stay informed about new products and skincare trends.
4. Build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
5. Support team members with skincare expertise and leadership.

1. Previous experience in skincare or skin services.
2. Sales experience with excellent interpersonal skills.
3. Leadership experience is advantageous.
4. Certificate or diploma in skincare is highly desirable.

2. Ability to educate and inspire clients.
3. Knowledge of skincare products and trends.
4. Capability to adapt to changing store priorities.
5. Reliability and consistent attendance.

Minimum of 3 years in skincare or related sales experience.

Certificate or diploma in skincare is highly desirable.

$29.64 per hour plus superannuation, commission, and weekend/public holiday loading.
