Responsibilities
- Provide elevated client service through tailored in-store skincare product recommendations and consultations.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on skincare, enhancing store expertise through training sessions and peer coaching.
- Assess clients' skincare needs and develop personalized skincare routines.
- Inform clients about product details, including ingredients and application methods.
- Facilitate in-store skincare events in collaboration with leadership and brand partners.
- Educate team members on skin needs, skin types, consultation best practices, and product knowledge.
- Maintain stock fixtures and drawers to Sephora’s standards.
- Complete customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor product levels, including best sellers and slow-moving items, and take appropriate action.
- Enroll clients in the Beauty Insider program.
Qualifications
Skills
- Beauty artistry experience in a high-service retail environment.
- Proven sales success with the ability to meet or exceed KPI benchmarks.
- Ability to link up, cross-sell, and close sales.
- Embodiment of the Sephora Attitude and DNA with excellent customer service skills.
- Commitment to a rotating shift roster, including weekends and evenings.
- Proactive approach with the ability to operate autonomously.
Experience Requirements
Beauty artistry experience in a high-service retail environment is required.
