1. Lead, coach, and inspire Beauty Advisors to deliver exceptional service and expert skincare consultations.
2. Provide ongoing training in skincare knowledge, selling skills, and personalized recommendation techniques.
3. Stay informed on skincare trends, ingredients, and innovations to inspire customers and support team learning.
4. Drive sales performance through personalized consultations and proactive upselling and cross-selling.
5. Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
6. Oversee skincare operations, including inventory management and maintaining an organized department.
7. Partner with store leadership to deliver promotional campaigns and seasonal skincare moments.
8. Ensure compliance with Sephora operational standards across loss prevention, safety, and health protocols.
9. Conduct performance check-ins, set clear goals, and support personalized development plans.
10. Manage employee relations topics, including attendance and performance follow-ups.
11. Assist with new store opening activities such as unboxing and organizing stock.

1. Proven leadership experience in beauty or retail with strong skincare expertise.
2. Deep understanding of skincare products, ingredients, and customer needs.
3. Strong ability to coach and develop individuals and teams.
4. Genuine passion for Sephora, customer experience, and team culture.
5. Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals.
6. Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver impactful skincare advice.
7. Strong organizational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
8. Experience managing employee relations processes.
9. Comfort with in-store technology to support customer service and operational efficiency.
10. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and key trading periods.

Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in beauty or retail.
