1. Lead and inspire the store team to deliver exceptional client experiences and meet commercial and operational KPIs.
2. Manage floor operations, ensuring optimal coverage and client satisfaction.
3. Implement and monitor sales strategies to achieve targets and enhance market share.
4. Oversee store operations, including stock management, merchandising, and compliance with policies.
5. Collaborate with the Area Manager to analyze market conditions and develop business strategies.
6. Foster a high-performing team through coaching, training, and development initiatives.
7. Ensure adherence to health and safety procedures and maintain store standards.

1. Bachelor's degree
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in store management
