1. Coordinate with departmental associates to ensure productivity, accuracy, safety, and security standards are met.
2. Assign work tasks and monitor progress against established standards.
3. Operate and maintain various Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
4. Balance inventory and manage communication flow between shifts.
5. Prioritize and assign tasks to achieve work goals.
6. Communicate daily work goals and coordinate action plans.
7. Monitor work performance and provide constructive feedback.
8. Train associates according to the 'Preferred Methods and Procedures' manual.
9. Ensure compliance with safety rules, policies, and regulations.
10. Report safety violations to supervisory personnel.
11. Maintain excellent attendance and set an example for associates.
12. Provide high-quality internal and external customer service.

1. College degree or relevant work experience.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

1. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or menu-driven applications.
2. Effective problem-solving abilities.
3. Strong multitasking and deadline management skills.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Flexibility and willingness to be cross-trained.
6. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
7. Proactive approach to business needs.
8. Understanding of business functions related to the position.
9. Professional demeanor.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role is required.

College degree or relevant work experience.

Starting base pay is $20.00 - $21.40 per hour. Certain work schedules may also be eligible for shift differential pay.
